- Confirm all specs in writing (email or PI)
- Ask for a pre-production sample for approval
- Agree on a pre-shipment inspection — you or a third-party inspector checks the goods before they leave the factory
- Use a traceable payment method (T/T bank transfer to company account, never personal WeChat/Alipay)
